Senfter Speck Alto Adige Halves 2/5 lb

Speck is a type of cured prosciutto, one of Italy’s most famous meats. While similar in texture to other meats made from the hind leg of pigs such as Jamon Serrano and Prosciutto di Parma, speck is smoked whereas the others are salted and aged, making them dry-cured hams. Speck Alto Adige Prosciutto is covered with a spice mixture of garlic, salt, and juniper berries, and then smoked before aging for six months.
