Soft Ripened Cow’s Milk Cheese from the Franche-Comte region of France. It is matured in a terracotta dish because of its fragile nature when young and holds a dense form as it slowly ripens.

It has fresh, earthy aromas with creamy, buttery flavors and a slight citrus tang at the end. The terracotta dish can be heated gently after removing the packaging for an elegant presentation.
