Our tasty little white anchovies come from Benedetto Scalia, one of the most renowned anchovy producers in Italy, located in gorgeous Sicily. They start with premium white anchovy fillets, caught in Sicily and processed the same way since 1973. The fillets are preserved in premium extra virgin olive oil, with just the right amount of salt – an all-natural, healthy and delicious ingredient.
