Kontos Fillo Dough #10 24/1 lb

Fillo pastry sheets. Thin dough is used in traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes such as spanakopita and tyropita. The country-style fillo is approximately twice as thick as the #4. Each sheet is 14″x18″ and about 8-10 sheets per package.
