This cheese is recognized by the spruce bark that encompasses it and provides a woody flavor along with a creamy, fruity, slightly pungent interior.
Simply remove the top crust and take the dough with a spoon! Serve with a crisp baguette or vegetables. Pairs nicely with an Alsace Riesling or Chignin Blanc!
